🔄 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM (MYT) will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email and a second email with tracking information once the order has been shipped.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your package has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through the respective courier’s website.

💸 Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free Shipping: Occasionally offered during promotional periods (local only).

  • International Shipping Fees: Vary based on destination country and courier selected.

🌍 Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Orders)

  • Customs duties, VAT, or other import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred upon delivery.

🚫 Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to the following regions due to courier limitations or legal restrictions:

  • War/conflict zones

  • Countries under international sanctions

  • P.O. Boxes (for international orders)

Shipping Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance

  • Public holidays

  • Courier service disruptions

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for compensation.

📬 Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure that your shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will notify you and re-ship at your expense.
